Providing Samples

High-brightness PCSEL
We will provide R&D samples with the lasing area of 500μmΦ, which enable 10W-class (or more) output power (pulsed operation) and narrow beam divergence (~0.1 °, FWHM), under an MTA contract.
We may also provide PCSELs with larger areas for higher output and narrower divergence. Please get in touch with us.
Beam scanning PCSEL
We may provide R&D samples with the functionally of beam scanning based on dually-modulated PCSEL technology, under MTA contract. We will consult with you regarding the arrangement of the array structure and what kind of beam will be emitted.
